Considerations

Passport required.  We must have your passport information eight weeks prior to the trip. We cannot purchase your airline ticket without it.

Health

The envirnoment can be harsh and the climate can be quite unpredictable, and there is no immediate access to hospital care. We caution people with medical problems to keep this in mind as you are praying about this trip.

High school & junior high school students

There is no age limit. If the student can work without parental supervision then he or she could go. We do not have the facilities or staff to supervise children.

About our Team

Pam Rouse and Terry Lowe share as co-captains on this team of 40-50 short-term missionaries who deliver the Good News of Jesus Christ in the rural areas of Honduras. We work with Baptist Medical & Dental Missions International based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to help deliver evangelical, medical, dental, and veterinary care to these impoverished areas. Our team has been active since 2002 and has visited several different villages in Honduras. From year to year, some of the faces on the team change, but God’s blessings only seem to increase with each trip.
