Days and Hours of Operation
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
First Discovery operates August through May following a school calendar.
What Do the Children Do?
High Reach Cirriculum for 2s, 3s and 4s.
Weekly music lessons
Playground and snacks daily
Field trips for 3s and 4s.
Why Preschool?
Home is the first and most important place for learning. But for many children there comes a time for a more structured learning enivroment. Children natually love to learn and explore the world around them. A good preschool experience opens the doors to a life long love of learning.
Why First Discovery?
As a part of our Preschool Ministry, First Discovery is supported and supervised by the staff of First Hattiesburg. The curriculum and activities are selected to reflect our Christian point of view and utilize the best resources for early childhood education. We are committed to providing an excellent experience for your child during their time with us.
Schedule Options
Five Day Option (M-F): children 2, 3 or 4 years old by 9/1/10.
Three Day Option (M,T,Th): children birth to prekindergarten
Two Day Option (T, Th): infants and toddlers only
Tuition and Fees
Registration Fee: $75 due with application
Supply Fee: $75
Early Drop Off Fee (8:00 a.m.): 5 day $100/month; 3 day $60/month; 2 day $40/month
Five Day Option Monthly Tuition: $225, one child
Three Day Option Montly Tuition: $160, one child
Two Day Option Monthly Tuition: $135, one child
